How to Use Magnesium Spray

Apply to Skin: Shake the bottle well before use. Spray the magnesium spray directly onto your skin, focusing on areas where you feel muscle tension, soreness, or where you want to support relaxation (common areas are the legs, feet, shoulders, and back). I apply to the bottom of my feet and behind knees for best absorption.

Massage In: Gently massage the spray into your skin to ensure even coverage and absorption.

Frequency: Start with a small amount (about 1-3 sprays per day) and increase the amount as needed. You can apply the spray once or twice daily depending on your needs.

After Application: You may feel a slight tingling or itching sensation when first using magnesium spray, especially if your skin is dry. This is normal, but if it becomes uncomfortable, you can reduce the amount or frequency of use. If irritation persists, you may dilute the magnesium spray with water.
